Bringing coaching, new AI tools and resources together on one platform, it helps each person find direction, stand out and bounce back.

Leduc HR is announcing the launch of a new version of its career portal, available to people supported through its career transition and management programs. Redesigned in light of the growing number of artificial intelligence tools, the platform now brings AI into the key stages of the job search, while keeping human support at the heart of the process.

    Why a new version

With AI tools multiplying in the job search, our career management specialists have rethought how the portal is used. One question guided this work: when does AI bring real value, and when are perspective, listening and judgment needed instead?

    What’s changing

New AI tools that power the transition

The portal now offers new AI tools that power the transition, for tasks that benefit from being accelerated: finding organizations that are hiring, tailoring a resume to a specific job posting, or practising answers to interview questions. These tools provide a head start while leaving each person in control of their application. The final content belongs to them and carries their voice.

    A clearer path

The tools are built into each stage of the process, at the moment they become useful. Guided exercises and self-assessments support the stages that call for reflection, such as clarifying one’s values or defining a career target.

    Human support at the core

Each person can count on a certified coach throughout their process. Live workshops and webinars also provide opportunities to connect with others going through a career transition.

    Accessible anywhere, in several languages

The portal is available at any time, on computer, tablet or phone. It is offered in English and French, and its tools support more than 10 languages to serve the different markets we work in. As a member of the Career Partners International network, which has more than 300 offices worldwide, Leduc HR also supports people based elsewhere in Canada and internationally.

    For organizations

Organizations that offer a career transition program to their employees receive a periodic report on participation, with no access to personal content. The portal is included in most Leduc HR career transition and management programs.
